1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) is intended to inform Users about how Águila collects, uses, stores, processes, and protects personal and non-personal information obtained through the Platform.

In general, the Platform does not require Users to provide personal data to access the available information. However, Águila may collect, directly or indirectly, if the User chooses to do so: name, email address, phone number, consumption preferences, interaction history, and other data the User voluntarily provides.

The User may, at any time, exercise their rights to access, rectify, update, and delete data, in accordance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and, where applicable, the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7. Changes to the Policy

Águila may modify, update, or replace this Policy at any time. It shall be understood that the User accepts such changes by continuing to use the Platform after their publication.
