1. Acceptance of the Terms

This document sets forth the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) that govern access to, browsing, use of, and presence on the digital platform called “Águila” (the “Platform”), owned by [team/project name], domiciled in [city/country].

Mere access to or use of the Platform constitutes the express, full, and unconditional acceptance of each and every one of the Terms set forth herein, regardless of whether the User registers or not. In case of disagreement, the User must refrain from using the Platform.

2. Modifications

Águila reserves the right to modify, update, expand, replace, or delete, at any time and without prior notice, any provision contained in these Terms. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of modifications shall imply irrevocable acceptance thereof.

3. Scope of the Service

Águila is an informational and promotional platform intended to provide visibility to food service and retail venues located near educational institutions and offices. The Platform may include, by way of example and without limitation, menus, promotions, hours, prices, images, contact details, and other information related to participating venues.

In no event shall Águila be responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, updating, or availability of the information published, nor for the quality of the products or services offered by the venues.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual and industrial property rights related to the Platform, its graphic design, logos, trademarks, software, databases, trade names, and other protectable elements are the exclusive property of Águila or third parties that have authorized their use. Reproduction, copying, distribution, modification, transformation, or public communication without express written authorization is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

The User acknowledges and agrees that:

• Águila does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, which may be suspended for maintenance, technical failures, or causes beyond its control.
• The prices, promotions, and menus published are the sole responsibility of each venue and may change without prior notice.
• Any contractual relationship, transaction, claim, complaint, issue, or dispute arising between the User and a venue shall be outside Águila’s responsibility.

6. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic, without prejudice to the application of international regulations regarding data protection and consumer rights. For any dispute arising herefrom, the parties submit to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other venue or jurisdiction that may correspond.
